The main power wires have been run to the back now. If you look closely where the black wire ends in the bottom right part of the picture, you can see where we had to weld a washer to the frame to use as a grounding point.

Here is the new Kenwood 6x8 installed. Notice the ring of cardboard that I had to use as a spacer because the magnet stuck just a bit too far into the door and the window was rubbing on it when rolled down.

Here is a close up of the welded washer after the carpet was re-installed.

Here is the power wire coming up from the other side.

And finally...most of the wires have been run now. Now comes the fun part of connecting all of them.
